Serenity Stays provides short-term rental co-hosting and management services. The specific scope, fees, and terms of any engagement are set out in a separate written agreement between you and us. This website is for general information and to schedule an introductory call.

No guarantee of results

We work hard to improve your listing's performance, but we do not guarantee specific occupancy, revenue, or booking results. Short-term rental performance depends on many factors outside our control, including your market, property, pricing, and platform policies.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information about your property, maintaining any required licenses or permits, keeping your property safe and in good condition, and complying with the rules of any platform you list on.

Payments

Fees for our services are described in your written agreement with us. Any onboarding fees and ongoing percentages are due as set out in that agreement.

Intellectual property

The content on this website is owned by Genese Nouvelle LLC and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for services in the prior three months.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page.
